Mr.Sajwani has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Quality Management. Prior to taking up his current role, he worked with General Motors and Dubai Aluminum Co. Ltd. (Dubal).

During his tenure of 20 years as Senior Manager at Dubal, he played a leading role in the development of the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Systems. Dubal is recognized internationally as a leading industrial company.

In the period 1999-2000, Mr.Sajwani also served as the Chairman of Dubai Quality Group and is currently an honorary Member of the Board.

Mr.Al Sawaleh has 12 years of experience and vast knowledge in project management, leadership and HR. Mr.Al Sawaleh has worked on various challenging projects both in the government and private sectors and his career focus has always been on situational adaptability, balanced managerial and leadership perspective, building teams, confronting challenges, managing change and establishing high standards of excellence in result delivery.

He is an active member of several institutes like, Institute for Management Development (IMD), a Supreme Committee Member of Dubai Human Resources Development Award and Emirates Energy Award.

Mr.Al Sawaleh has also attended and participated in various courses and seminars locally and internationally on subjects such as leadership, management and decision making. He has worked on several projects in association with government concerns for promoting the nationalisation drive in the country and private sectors. Currently, he is working at DUBAL in the capacity of General Manager, Human Resources and also leading the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Department.

Mr.Jalili is the Managing Director of The People Partnership, an HR consultancy focusing on development and training. He is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and trainer with 28 years experience working with multi-cultural organisations in Europe and the Middle East. He is bilingual English/Arabic, and has a deep understanding of people dynamics and doing business in the Middle East.

For nine years, Mr.Jalili was the General Manager–Training and Manpower Development for the Al-Futtaim Group, based in Dubai. Prior to setting up The People Partnership, Mr.Jalili was the Director – Human Resources for the Strategic Development Group at Dubai Government’s Department of Economic Development.

Mr.Jalili has led HR consultancy and training assignments for a large number of local and international organisations. He specialises in Performance Management and has implemented a number of competency-based systems in Government, banks and large private organisations and trained their workforces.Mr.Jalili also facilitates many leadership and management development programmes including Interviewing and Selection Skills, Team Building, Train the Trainer, Persuasive Presentation Skills, Time Management and other business Skills. A major focus has been the development of effective initiatives towards the employment and sustained development of young Emiratis in the workforce.

Mr.Jalili graduated from the University of London and later obtained his MBA from the City University Business School. Within the community Martin is the chairman of the Dubai Human Resources Forum. He is also the chairman of the Business Programme Advisory Committee for Dubai Men’s and Women’s Colleges.

With about 20 years of experience gained from working with Dubai Municipality and the UAE University in Al Ain, Dr.Kazim has an in-depth understanding of the technical, administrative and academic work environments.

In addition, he is actively involved in research studies and has published numerous articles and technical papers on renewable energy, hydrogen energy, fuel cells, energy policy and economics.

Dr.Kazim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master's from the Polytechnic University in New York. He received a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami in 1998.

Mr.Towaih is a Member of the Emirates Energy Award Committee, Member of the Advisory Board of the Engineering School in American University Dubai, Member of the Technical Committee of the Off Shore Arabia Conference 2009 and a Member of the Board of Directors of Energy Management Services Co. (EMS).

Throughout his life, Mr.Towaih has been continually placed in leadership positions and he has many achievements across different fields.

Mr.Towaih, who holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, graduated with high honours from Boston – USA.

Mr.Ali, who is a Certified EFQM Assessor and a Member of EFQM and Dubai Quality Group, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master Degree in Quality Management.

Mr.Ali has worked in different sectors including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, National Bank of Dubai and Dubai Education Council. He has also worked as a Senior Assessor with the Dubai Court Excellence Programme and as an Assessor at the Dubai Quality Group.

In TECOM Investments, Mr.Ali heads the Quality and EHS Functions.
